Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to CLICK FOX immediately.
CLICK FOX is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees and charges as per their selected plan.
Failure to make timely payments may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of service access.
All payments are governed by the billing policies outlined during the onboarding or in the user dashboard.
4. Data Protection
Users are responsible for ensuring they have obtained prior consent from their end-users before sending any messages through WhatsApp.
Users must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the IT Act (India) and GDPR (if applicable).
CLICK FOX provides the platform but is not liable for how users collect or manage personal data.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly adhere to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform guidelines.
Any violation of Meta’s policies may lead to API access restrictions or account termination, for which CLICK FOX cannot be held responsible.
Users are encouraged to stay updated with Meta’s latest terms to ensure ongoing compliance.
6. Termination of Service
CLICK FOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for users found violating these terms or engaging in harmful practices.
No refunds shall be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations or misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
CLICK FOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service, although we strive to maintain high service uptime.
8. Changes to Terms
CLICK FOX may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
